Helen's 30-45 minute shows can be tailored for any age group. Each age group would hear a distinctly different performance, with each performance enhanced by music and song. Helen caters expertly for groups who come from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Her material hales from countries including Scotland, Finland, Africa, Hatti, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Japan. They are funny, touching, inspiring, intriguing beautiful and absurd.
Some of the stories address deep and abiding human concerns such as how to broker peace, how to be courageous and how to respond to the natural world . Such themes when wrapped in a story are accessible to even very small children. However first and foremost the stories are shared to be enjoyed.
